PicksHub Accessibility Statement

PicksHub is committed to an inclusive experience that meets WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines. This statement summarizes the audits and processes we use to keep the product accessible.

Our Commitments

• WCAG 2.1 AA conformance target for web, admin, and participant experiences.
• Phase 11 manual audits across landing, auth, dashboards, picks, leaderboards, and admin surfaces.
• Automated axe-core scans in CI and Storybook linting for new components.
• Screen reader (NVDA, VoiceOver) and keyboard navigation testing tracked in accessibility audits.

Requesting Assistance

Email accessibility@pickshub.com if you need accommodations, alternate formats, or want to report a barrier. Include the page URL, assistive technology used, and a brief description so we can reproduce the issue.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and share remediation timelines within 7 business days. Urgent issues are escalated to the on-call support engineer.

Ongoing Review

• Accessibility regression suite runs before each major release.
• Design system tokens enforce color contrast and focus states.
• Findings and remediation owners are tracked in docs/checklists/accessibility_audit_phase_11.md.
