Pricing questions
- When do I pay?
- Once, when your pool is full and you activate it. Set up the pool, send your invite link, and let everyone join first — you pay for the entries that exist at activation. Setting up a pool and inviting people is free.
- What if someone joins after I've paid?
- You can add late players from your pool hub and pay a top-up for just the new entries at the same per-entry rate. You never pay twice for the same entry.
- Is it per player or per entry?
- Per entry. If your pool allows multiple entries per player, each entry counts once — a player running two entries is two entries, not two players.
- Do players pay PicksHub anything?
- Never. Players join free with your invite link. The organizer's activation payment is the only money PicksHub ever collects from anyone.
